During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me with my issues. I also liked the convenient location of the hotel near many attractions and restaurants. the room amenities such as the comfortable bed were a plus.
My overall experience at the hotel was lacking. the elevator was unreliable and caused chaos during peak hours.

We loved the staff support during our stay. Martin, Angelina , Alena, and Molly were fantastic in addressing all our issues. The hotel facilities, transportation, and cleanliness were remarkable. The location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from.

The staff was great and very supportive when we had issues with our room. Especially Martin, Angelina, Alena, and Molly were amazing. The hotel had a convenient location and offered some useful amenities like ice buckets and handled showers.
Our experience overall was lacking. The elevator was a major issue in the mornings and made us late for our activities.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel with exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre and an indoor swimming pool. the restaurant and bar/lounge area also offered excellent service and food.
The only minor issue we faced was the lack of sugar and creamer for coffee in the morning. the excellent staff quickly provided us with what we needed.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful, particularly Martin, Angelina , Alena, and Molly. the location of the hotel was decent, with some nearby amenities like mini bars and service elevators. the shower handle was fixed quickly and the room had good ice options.
There were some issues with the overall execution of the hotel. the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a missing sugar and coffeemate for the morning coffee, were inconvenient.
